Terms And Conditions Of Summer Code Camp

  1. Enrollment and Payment: Enrollment in the Summer Code Camp is open to students aged 16 and up. The cost is $625 per week, with enrollment for the entire two-week duration required.

Payment must be made in full at the time of registration to secure a spot in the code camp.

  1. Code Camp Schedule: The code camp will run from Monday to Friday during daytime for two consecutive weeks. Please refer to our provided schedule for daily activities and timings.
  2. Liability Waiver: The management of Intelligent Cloud LLC and the instructors of the Summer Code Camp will not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss of personal belongings during the training hours.

Participants and their guardians agree to release and hold harmless Intelligent Cloud LLC, its employees, and instructors from any and all claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the  summer code camp.

  1. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, fellow students, and training facility property. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the summer code camp without a refund.

To ensure an optimal learning environment, the use of cell phones during the training  hours is strictly prohibited. Students will not bring cell phones into the classroom. In case of emergencies, parents can contact the Training facility office directly.

  1. Health and Safety: The summer code camp will provide snacks, water, and sandwich lunches. Participants with specific dietary needs or allergies must inform the camp administration in advance.

The  summer code  camp location, Silicon Valley Business Center, is equipped with adequate infrastructure, air conditioning, kitchens, and clean restrooms.

  1. 24Hour Fever Free Policy: Your child must be fever free for 24 hours before they can participate in code training classes. If your child develops a fever while at the summer code camp, we will contact you and ask you to pick up your child as soon as possible.
  2. Dismissal from the summer code Camp: If a child exhibits behavioral problems that preclude other participants or themselves from participating safely in a group, staff may dismiss the child from continued participation in the code camp. Parents/Guardians will be contacted and asked to pick up the child as soon as possible. If a participant is dismissed for behavioral reasons, no refund will be issued.
  3. Medications: Our staff is unable to give regularly scheduled daily medications. Please administer those to your child before or after code camp, or come by during the day if necessary.
  4. Permission for participants to Sign Themselves In and Out: Parents/guardians may give permission for their children to sign themselves in and out. Students are responsible for themselves before the sign in time and after the sign out time. A “Permission to Leave Training Facility Unaccompanied” form must be signed and turned in before the first day of the training session.
  5. Intellectual Property: All materials provided during the camp, including but not limited to curriculum content, handouts, and software, are the intellectual property of Intelligent Cloud LLC. Participants are not permitted to distribute or reproduce these materials without prior written consent from Intelligent Cloud LLC.
  6. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than two weeks before the start of the code camp will receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee.

Cancellations made more than one  week and less than two weeks before the start of the code camp will receive a 60%  refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the  code camp start date.

In the event of a camp cancellation by Intelligent Cloud LLC, a full refund will be provided to all registered participants.

  1. Photo and Video Release: By enrolling in the camp, participants and their guardians consent to the use of photos and videos taken during the camp for promotional purposes by Intelligent Cloud LLC. If you do not wish to have your or your child’s image used, please notify the camp administration in writing before the camp begins.
  2. Emergency Procedures: In the event of an emergency, participants will be guided to follow the facility’s emergency procedures. Guardians will be contacted immediately.
  3. Acceptance of Terms: By completing the registration process, participants and their guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
